We Finally Decided on New Vlog Camera Canon EOS 90D

The Canon EOS 90d is the successor to the famous Canon 80d, a mid level Digital Single Lens Reflex most commonly known as a DSLR. This is a style of camera where the mirror on the inside of the body flips up everytime the shuuter is fired off. However, this camera is sort of a hybrid of a DSLR and mirrorless because when needed or desired the camera can move the mirror out of the way and use just the electronic shutter.

When I was testing out the Sony RX100 VII I had one major issue, price. The price of the Sony is 1198 however for some reason all retailers have increased the price to 1298 which could be the result of import tariffs. However, when I looked at other options about a week later, the Canon 90d was released and this camera came with 4k recording, a wide selection of lens, weather sealing, and a lot more including eye detection focus lock. Essentially this was the perfect camera. So I ordered the camera and when it came in I was excited and happy as a kid at christmas. Then my heart sank down, about three days later, I went back to BH website and found a kit with a hard drive and a memory card and returned original one and got that one.
Here we are now, I am back with a awesome DSLR camera that does incredible video and I am truly happy. The one lesson to learn from this experience, listen to your gut and be patient. Sometimes good things could be around the corner. When I first started out, I had a crappy little 300 dollar Sony camera and later moved up to a portable Sony flip screen vlog camera and finally the t6i before getting the t7i. I love DSLR’s for recording and wouldnt return this for anything.
